Last week of August 2010.
Fisher went bowling for the first time! Oh, so Fish do bowl.
We had a blast at the Buckles & Associates family day! Thank you Poppi Tops!
Downtown San Diego.
Fisher sportin' his first pair of rented bowling shoes! So cute.
Getting a goody bag! He would not let go of his baseball the whole time.
He spent the first half of the time there, sitting and watching... eating...watching. Until....
(By the way, he's sitting up high on a bar stool, leaning into the lane. He would jump down and climb up- like a big boy)
.... he finally went out to the lane to give it a whirl. In typical fashion, he just went out there, not waiting for his turn or an okay. Oops. We need to work on bowling etiquette- maybe next time.
He picked up the ball... a 6 or 7lb-er
and went for it. He just threw it. So funny. It bumped and rolled and maybe even skipped... then stopped... right about... there... the almost middle of the lane!
Fisher's first bowl. 2010.
Then, he just ate and ran around, apparently satisfied after lifting the heavy ball like the other kids.
If you look close you can see his reflection.
Fisher loves being downtown- he loves the commotion, the huge buildings, buses and people. His eye's were the size of pies walking in... super cool to watch him, watch. Maybe he will design the next great building of his time.
Fisher ate his first chocolate covered strawberry. I could have taken the chocolate shell off- but I did not and it bought us about 15 minutes of Fisher sitting still! He really, really loved the strawberry. Look at how involved he was!

In the car: On our way to see Abbi cheer. Bye-bye bowling experience. That was fun! He did not want to go.
Misc., play pics
... stairs!
'Hugh??'
Hide and seek... we still see you in our basil.
Once again- Fisher's light shines through, with a hoe in his hand, nonetheless. Niiice.
and we're out!
see you next time.
