Just so I don't get lazy I am posting the shots from the second week of August, although, self admittedly, we don't have impressively spectacular news or events to share. Of course, whether it is bathtime, playtime or even bedtime- everything is pretty spectacular to us.

Lucy came over to play!
Lucy spent the evening with us while her Mom and Dad got some eff 13 on. We had lot's of fun. Tio Nocho made her silly glasses and faces out of blocks, she carried her's round all night. She perfomed a little diddy for us with the mic, something between Beatnik poetry and rap (must get that girl a beret!), Abbi pulled out her old Barbies and Rody became her pet, so he followed her from room to room, she even slept with him. Lucy owned us. Oh, and the report back to her mom and dad was all about Abbi, not us. Not fair.
I think Lucy got some eff 13 on, too! Sugar rush from her banana.
Open mic night.
Silly Tio, Lucy & Abbi
Apparently Abbi did not understand that the round things, were to cover your eyes while you looked out the little teeny holes. Maybe her big sweet browns were just too big… or she sees from her forehead.
... later that weekend.
Saturday afternoon we met with Fisher's Nana Noni & Poppi Tops for lunch. Fisher was just not having it. He's been trying to cut his molars (we think) and has been a tad-bit disagreeable, as far as Fish go. We are keeping finger and fins crossed that this is not his personal version of the terrible 2’s. At any rate, his Nana and Poppi did everything under the sun to keep him happy, including but not limited to, balancing menus on their heads. Fish found it very funny… until he could not balance his.
He thinks they are pretty funny.
Could not get his to stay...
... and is not very happy. Look at that face!
This is where I tried to make a graceful exit with Fisher so Nate could enjoy his meal with the parents. Well, so they could enjoy eachother, really. We met up later that evening. Fisher really enjoys carrots sticks, and by that I mean whole carrots.
Summersaults off the couch.
Bird watching. Fisher loves to watch the birds outside our window.
Bath time. Fisher washes his own hair these days.
look at that little bum!

Great pictures! I think I like the everyday shots the best :)
