The Dog Days of Summer

Aghhh, the lazy & playful days of summer.
Warm, bright sun touching your nose and enveloping bare shoulders, longer hours of daytime- which means more playtime, no agenda or plans and lot’s of giggles.
Priceless.
We have not done anything ‘grand’ or overly exciting that I can entice you all with. But, for us, we have had an awesome time doing nothing in particular! And in doing nothing we have managed to capture so many smiles. Here are a few.
If you could just hear the sweet music of Fish giggles, everything would just be right.

Poor Daddy. His lazy day was trying to get a well deserved rest in... but Fisher just wasn't having that!

Another summer day at Nana Noni's and Poppi Tops.
Fisher & Lucy play.

They don't wanna work... just bang on their drum all day...

Catch us if you can...
... we're off to our secret garden (of sorts).
Funny faces.
Fisher making his googly eyes- I missed his tongue hanging out. Classic. He loves to make funny faces now to get us to laugh. Lucy looks pretty involved in background. lol

Oh, Fiiisher whhherrre are youuuuuuuuuu?
* the above is my favorite picture.

How pink. Don't worry, The Fish is quite secure in himself. Pink is in.

Busted. Not suppose to play over there. However, ugh...I think I am going to cry, he looks like he's 7!

Piggy back rides all the way!

More pool play.

Can you spy the shark swimming? Kind of like Surrealism.
He's a camo baby- his hair blends into his environment. Thank goodness we don't have a green lawn.
Because you always shovel water, ya know. Makes you strong.

Yippee! Abbi's home!
Some snuggle time. Our two babies.

Fisher has some big shoes to fill.

Fisher would not sit in his new booster- so to shut me up he made Bear sit in it, with Blankie. He then feed Bear his green beans.

Again, Dad and Fish share some snuggles before bed. My guys. Then we had some self-portrait play time... just being silly- more giggles to finish off the evening and send Fish off to slumber.

Hey, come back!
Good night kisses.
These all started because Fisher was having a blast looking at each picture after we took it. We would snap- and he would grab the camera to look. So, we just played around for a while.
