We took Abbigail and Fisher to the Pumpkin patch. This was Fisher’s first year and Abbi’s… like… 14th!
Fish had fun running around and beating on them. He was not sure what the point was to these big orange things that grew in the dirt and some of the decorations he was not fond of…. I am not going to say he was scared- but after all, he is still a guppy. We did learn that he is allergic to straw or dirt, after a tumble face plant (okay, after many) his face looked like a bunch of red prickles.
In the end we visited two different patches. Bates Nut farm and Victoria Gardens. Victoria Gardens also had some petting animals which Fish loved! He chased the heck out of a loose chicken and was fascinated with the goats! Dad loved the ugly pig. The Lama- pretty testy actually...we feed her hay, anyway. When Fish got to the chickens he kept trying to feed them hay, too! So cute!
**Stay tuned for pictures of Fisher's Halloween custom. Fisher will be a Turkey for his 2nd Halloween. Yes, as in gobble, gobble.
