Ordinary adventures underfoot.
Park it.
So hot! The heat created a steamy haze.
Such an expression.
A day at Balboa Park
No, no, Mommy.
Fish love Fish.
Mommy and Daddy!
Okay. Time to visit the museum.
To give perspective: Look at how large this exhibit is!
But, look, you stroll Fish into a museum and he instantly becomes a gentleman crossing his legs and all.
Normally they enforce a strict no food rule. However, he was so proper, they did not take away the Fish food.
This one was a bit scary- too real. She never moved or spoke. Juuuust stared.
Fisher eats his very first Italian Ice. Lemon.
What is this?
Ummm... I will have more.
I like...
Ooops- brain freeze.
Local art.
"Daddy, next stop train!"
"Daddy, on second thought- no train!"
Too loud.
Once he stopped crying he started praying.
Fisher's prayers were answered- God bought him a pony to make him feel better- right in the middle of the train course. Weird. It was very random, but worked... mysterious ways and all that, right?
The tunnel.
We enjoy hunting down the art while at the park- This one was Mommy's favorite!
I think I found our next backyard project!
OMG- Just another park, different day. Whew!
Gee- whiz, whatcha gonna do? The public restrooms were awful!
Abbi comes home from summer break! Fisher was so happy to have her back home! He would not leave her side and even slept with her for two nights! Fish misses Abbers when she is away so long.
Mommy and Abbi have a date night; Mary Poppins and dinner down town.
Say cheese! Speaking of...
Who Moved My Cheese?
So, I went to get some cheese, and low and behold... what??!?!?!
"Naaaaaaate, we have critters! Come Quick!"
After Fish arrived on the scene, giggling, the real story unfolded.
Fisher had helped himself.
Seriously though, does it not look like baby coon (oh yeah, I dropped 'coon') paws?
One strange, albeit, cute Fish.
Watch the clip!
Daddy and Fish find some time to play baseball.
Don't I wish I could play ball with the Old Man in my chonies- and look cute.
