No clever title today

This post brings us to the 2nd weekend of March. I wish I could drop a funny, or a pun using March Madness, and/ or toss in some Fish lingo... or write anything interesting, actually, but I am suffering a creativity loss this morning. Must be the time change (I complain at this moment, but alas! Bring on the sunshine and Spring!)
Enjoy the latest and greatest of our little “us-es”, as we help ourselves to another cup of starshine!
Look at that face! He brings such joy and light into our hearts!
Hopefully this was the last in-sink bath. Long story short, after a Traumatic new-shower-head (oh yes!)- shower-turning-on- while-in-the-big boy-bath moment, Fisher has not returned to the bathtub. Fish, as you know, is not a small boy, that said, bathing in the sink has not been ideal. Last night, for the first time in over a month (or has it been two already?), we got him back in the tub (and can I say that boy was dirty after playing at his Aunt’s house for a BBQ). Please keep fingers and toes crossed, pray to the mean old shower gods, that we can get him back in the tub, next bath. As it was, the boy kept one eye up at the shower head through the entire bath and he certainly did not linger joyfully playing and splashing; he washed his belly, then skirted out. So sad. Summer is almost here- we could just bathe him in the pool I suppose. Yuk.

Fish is quite the messy boy, but hey, he is learning to clean up after himself! Cheerios can be found in the oddest places. No one told you that about parenting... Cheerios at business meetings and stuck to your laptop, or that they could be unknowingly stuck to your arse...even places you  have never allowed food- a Cheerio will pop- out or be stuck- to. Cheerio's travel. It may be a small thing, but it sure is pesky!

Susie bought Fisher some wall clings, because he loves playing with hers so much. He is having a blast with them... he has placed them pretty much every place. As you can see they started off on his nursery door... but now we have little blue paw prints scattered on walls and furniture. I dont know, it's kind of neat to watch him- he is so strategic in his placement. Considering my only exercise comes on the weekends, when I dance along with Yo Gabba-Gabba, this should not be an irritant- I have no rights to be particular about blue pawprint wall clings when personal physical activity is soley based on a toddler show- that I actually enjoy. Sad.

Hunter's 3rd Birthday Party.
Fisher attended Hunter's birthday party. They were two little peas in a pod. Both even wearing plaid shirts! Hunter took Fisher for a drive in his Jeep-two little men- goodness, it is so embedded in them, not taught. We kept having to chase them because Hunter was driving (gas pedal and steering) while Fisher was shifting! Crazy beans, man!

Little Dude, if you're gonna drive our boy around, please keep your eyes open.
... serioulsy!

Crusing for babes, telling a funny!

The boy is a natural! Fisher has never played or seen a T Ball set before.... before now that is! Let this be said, the boy will be a natural just like Dad prayed for. He picked up the ball, placed it on the stick and took the bat and knocked it outta the park! I think Nate had a moment... welled up a bit.

The boy's at the piñata. You will notice that Fisher would not drop that bat for nothin'.

Abbi & Fisher at the playground.

Look at that face! Such a Fish face.
Figuring it out.
Little help from a friend
... there we go. Just needed some Sister Power! No Environmental blue print left behind here- Batteries, not needed.

Bubble Magic!
Need I say more. Fisher has newly discovered blowing bubbles. I think I have said this before but there is magic in bubble blowing... more so in watching your child discover it. It's also relaxing.
Now this is a pure extension of 'Bubble & Rainbows'.

That is pure joy written all over his cute face!

I Spy the Bubbles!
Blowing...
... and the results are so worth it cause then you get to chase it!

Holy Bubble! He was so proud! Check it out; he had so much energy placed in this one, his toes are curled. lol.

 'bubble butt'

 ABBI
Abbigail brought home some A's on few tests. The reward (yikes) she wanted her second holes. We tried reasoning with her that she did not need any further holes in her little head, but hey, what do we know? After Nate and I came up with many jokes at the 'hole in head' notion and used up all puns- she got her well deserved desire. I had to document, of course, her pretty little ear with a singular piercing, as it may never be seen again. Bye-bye little girl ears.

This face is something like "really Mom, OMG!, really... fine, hurry-up".

Single piercing- Bye- bye.
Big Girl. Now there's two.

Whew, what a weekend!
