Christmas Festivities 2009

Another year has passed and ya know what? We are more than ready to kick 2009 in butt and welcome 2010 (twenty-ten for those not in the know ). Just as we noted for Thanksgiving; we have had many milestones, blessings and are rich with gratitude for everything we experienced in 2009, good and bad… but there is something so refreshing about a starting a new year. Like crossing the last item off your to-do-list; that few moments in- between where you relish all you just accomplished and have done- right before you breathe deeply and create the mound of issues and tasks up next… anyway… something like that. It only lasts for a little while; hope, anticipation and fresh planning, so with that said, we welcome 2010 wholeheartedly and cannot wait to see what is in store for Abbi, Fisher and of course, our goals, hopes and even some teeny-tiny dreams. We wish all of you a fabulous 2010 full of happiness, excellent health and prosperity! As always, thanks for taking a swim in our bowl.

With a  renewed outlook and much excitement,

Meet the Tree for 2009

A Fish meets Santa Claus
Fisher liked starring Santa down but was not very interested in shaking his hand or telling him any deep hearted wishes. In fact, Mr. Fish was quite leery of Mr. Claus and much perferred marching to his own drum and getting into mischief with cousin, Lucy, during the party. What a team they are- Ugh-Ohhhh!
Nana Noni's & Poppy Tops 2009 Christmas Party- thanks, it was fun!

Fish starring down Santa:

Look at that face!

Here is a story. Pics tell it on their own. Obviously these two were into something they should not be! Lucy did all the talking and Fish did as he was told- just stand there and don't say a word, yet he looked so guilty.

The 21st we went to see the Ice Princess with our besties!

Laura's Anthony, not to be confused with big Anthony.

Back home...

Christmas Morning:
Fisher woke up a little sick. He therefore, was not a happy camper and did not relish in the good stuff. Shortly after the sad faces (and cries) of Christmas morning, he went back down for a morning nap... and woke up a little happier and ready to open and play a bit.
The infamous Christmas morning shot for 2009 (Abbi was away at her Dad's this year ). Agghhh... I can practially smell the morning breatth even still.

Okay, feeling better.
Abbi's Christmas Morning 2009
 (actually on New Year's Day)
Little bro would not let her have her moments- he decided he rather liked this opening present thing. But Abbi was very patient- a great big Sister!
Oh yeah, just what I asked for!
Big hugs- I missed you!
What?!?! I can't help? Hugh?!?!
Oh, so that's how you get a huge hug- C-O-A-C-H.
My two babies!
The grand finale went somethign like this: What? Is this just a box? No waaaaaaay... really!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
