Fisher’s 2nd Halloween has come and gone. He had a blast running around in his costume. Trick-or-Treat coincides with his bedtime, but he held strong and in good spirits. While Abbi went with her friends Fish made a tour of some close neighbors and then we walked to a festival held in our neighborhood. It was pretty awesome, actually! They had a petting zoo, llama and pony rides, rock wall, bungee jumpy-thingy , tons of games and face painting, hair painting- just a bunch of pint sized Halloween fun. Fish was the only Turkey in attendance and attracted lots of attention- including his picture snapped by a local photographer for the event. It was a bit much for him, he was clutched to us like a little Kola Bear so we did one walk through and then strolled on home. Maybe next year he will be old enough to partake. His favorite treat you ask? A pencil. Yes. I know. After sniffing the pumpkin shaped eraser and after a quick lick and coming to the realization that it was not edible (yes, he did!), he happily clutched it like his prize. Undoubtedly knowing it was something of danger and that an eye could be poked out with it, made it that much more special.
Boooooo,
Fisher and Family
