Our beautiful Fish turns 1! Time truly is going way too fast. It's bittersweet for Mom, I think Daddy agrees. There is so much that we dream for Fisher and this was the first milestone, in age, towards all those goals, hopes and dreams. Fisher is an amazing little guy (I know I use that word a lot but anything else falls short). He is a miracle to us. At his first birthday is he is calm and loving, a cuddle monkey, he is brilliantly smart. Active- Running everywhere- why walk? He uses his words, throws little fits, and laughs and sings with you. He is keeping us on our toes as he has no fear, a steady determination and is relentless when he wants something! I really wish I had his drive- maybe I did at one time...
Fisher really didn't want anything to do with his cake and gifts at home... you can tell from the pictures. He enjoyed his toys- but only after we unwrapped them for him. We think he was partied out from school. Susie at daycare threw him a party and he loved the cake made by her (cake baked in an ice cream cone- no frosting). He ate it all (no egg allergy- yippee!)- sorry Susie's pics are not scanned in-. Susie handed out bath toys for the favors and they got him his Little People Farm- thank you Susie and friends!! He had a great first birthday at daycare. He is very much loved- and I think the Teacher's Pet! I know, I know, Susie would say that as she loves all her kids but ya know... it's my blog!
